研究方向

纤毛虫分类与系统：纤毛虫是一类复杂而高等的单细胞真核生物，广泛存在于各类海水、淡水生境中。纤毛虫的形态多样性极高，分类阶元众多，其物种鉴定主要依据细胞形态和纤毛排布模式，并辅助分子手段。纤毛虫内各阶元之间系统进化关系复杂，尚未完整揭示，需借助形态学、细胞学、超微结构、分子系统学信息进行综合分析。

本人工作聚焦我国南北方近海浮游纤毛虫多样性，完成了50余种纤毛虫的分类学鉴定并形成了专业的图鉴资料，其中包括5个新种、6个新组合以及15个国内新纪录种。累计测序并提交50余种纤毛虫的标记基因序列，其中包括20余种为国际间首次获得，填补了纤毛虫分子信息的空白。借助形态学、纤毛模式、多基因分子信息，对浮游纤毛虫的重要类群寡毛亚纲的内在进化关系进行了全面梳理，构建了寡毛亚纲各属级阶元的纤毛模式演化图谱。
