龚亚,副教授,硕士生导师。研究领域为细菌间相互作用、海藻生物质高值转化等。在基础研究和工程实践方面拥有丰富经验,主持或参与了国家自然科学基金青年项目2项,面上项目2项,省部级项目及企业横向项目10余项,发表SCI论文20余篇。同时,致力于把最新的科研成果融入课堂教学中,培养学生浓厚的科研兴趣,指导本科生撰写并发表了5篇SCI论文,获得了教改项目1项、9159游戏官网优秀本科毕业论文指导奖。

教学工作:

讲授本科生课程《微生物学》、《海洋微生物学》及研究生课程《病原微生物:基本原理及与人体的相互作用》、《微生物分子生物学专题》等;指导本/硕士生毕业论文、本科生研究训练计划(SRTP)等;所指导本科生、研究生毕业后进入国内外著名高校、科研院所继续深造。

研究方向:

1.海洋细菌新类群——慢生单胞菌在捕食其他细菌过程中的特殊分子机制及其在海水养殖中的生防应用;

2.微生物组学、菌株分离培养与功能验证等多角度探究海带与微生物互作机理;多糖降解酶在海藻生物质转化中的作用机制与应用开发。
